We ship Monday through Wednesday. We will ship on a Thursday ONLY if you choose an overnight shipping option. Your product will be delivered by UPS within one or two days of ordering, depending on which shipping option you choose, arriving in a semi-thawed to thawed state, packaged in a food-safe container with frozen gel packs for safety. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders received before noon C.S.T. will go out that day.
Please note: If your Q has to travel more than 400 miles and you choose "UPS ground" option we can not guarantee the product will arrive safely.
